About Cameron Bradford
In 1999, Cameron began his career in Neuromuscular Therapy and Clinical Sports Massage methodology aimed at assessing chronic pain, preventing and treating soft tissue injuries and implementing recovery methods, such as facilitating the healing process of a pulled hamstring. Later that year he expanded his work to include physical conditioning & sports performance training.
Course work integrated anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, injuries & injury prevention, trigger point therapies and application of heat and ice to improve an athlete’s physical body performance.

Cameron’s program offers fundamental tools to individuals searching for and exploring new ways to implement methods, including stress recovery and mental skills, to enhance overall quality of life.The program is built around Neurobiology; including self-directed neuroplasticity, which enhances the connections between the brain, behavior, focus, and well-being.
